Conservation professionals from 18 nations took part in the 17th Economic Tools for Conservation course, which was held recently at Stanford University in California, USA. Delegates included GRASP staff member Julien Simery and 2nd GRASP – Ian Redmond Conservation Award winner Peter Apell from the Jane Goodall Institute – Uganda, and courses focused on how economics can support conservation and sustainable development goals.
