The Tacugama Chimpanzee Sanctuary in Sierra Leone recently accepted its 106th chimpanzee, “Somebody,” who was voluntarily turned over to the sanctuary by her owners. “Somebody” was captured by hunters who found her in a snare; she lost four fingers and the tips of two toes, yet remains an incredibly agile chimpanzee.
