“Monkey Proof Bins” Marks the International Day for Biological Diversity in Kenya.
The monkey-proof trash bins are manufactured locally, and are made of 100% recycled wood and painted using paint left from previous projects. The rubbish bins are monkey-friendly as well as user-friendly. The bins have a hatch with a rotating lid that prevents monkeys from taking trash out of the bins in addition, the weight of the trash bin and top cover ensures that the monkeys cannot topple the bin neither can they open the top cover to access the trash. http://ift.tt/1Q8fF7K
