Indonesian researchers have for the first time found evidence of the Ebola virus in orangutans following a study in Borneo. Researcher Chairil Anwar Nidom said that 65 serum samples collected from 353 healthy orangutans in 2005 and 2006 tested positive. “The result should be an early warning for us,” he said.
