Debby Cox is an Australian primatologist who serves as the Jane Goodall Institute’s (JGI) technical advisor for African programmes. After an early career as a zookeeper, Cox helped establish the Ngamba Island Chimpanzee Sanctuary in Uganda, and played a key role in founding the Pan African Sanctuary Alliance (PASA).
