The Pan African Sanctuary Alliance (PASA) has hired Greg Tully as its new executive director. Tully comes to PASA from Soi Dog Foundation in Thailand, which is dedicated to reducing stray dog and cat populations and ending Southeast Asia’s illegal dog meat trade.
