GRASP is pleased to welcome Sarah Rachi of France, who joined the staff this week on an internship. Ms. Rachi is pursuing dual curriculum advanced degrees in Environmental Policy and Law (Jean Monnet Paris XI) and Political Science / Environment (Sciences Po - Toulouse).
