A juvenile female Sumatran orangutan who had been kept illegally as a pet in a village in Aceh has been rescued by the Orangutan Information Centre (OIC) Human Orangutan Conflict Response Unit (HOCRU), in collaboration with Indonesian wildlife authorities (BKSDA).
