Spanish women who work to protect great apes and monkeys were featured at a Darwin Foundation event this week in Barcelona, Spain. Rosa Garriga (Tacugama Chimpanzee Sanctuary), Carmen Vidal (Lwiro Primate Rehabilitation Centre), Olga Feliu (MONA Foundation) and Monserrat Ubach (Darwin Foundation) were among those in attendance, and will also be profiled in an upcoming book, “History of Primatology: yesterday and today. The Western – Mediterranean Tradition.” For more, visit http://www.darwin.cat/ http://ift.tt/1W6sLKt
