A primate trafficker in North West Cameroon was arrested with 6 gorilla skulls – in addition to 15 mandrill skulls and buffalo horns – in a joint operation between Cameroon wildlife officials and the EAGLE Network’s Last Great Ape Organization (LAGA). The trafficker named his partner during interrogation, resulting in a second arrest. This brings to 126 the number of great ape skulls seized since January 2015.
